Cancellation Policy
Any order can be cancelled for any reason prior to shipping, orders shipped can not be cancelled.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping, refund will be processed once the returned products are received and verified to be in original condition.
Items Damaged in Transit
Items damaged in transit are eligible for full or partial refund pending approved documentation from the buyer.
Items Lost in Transit
Items lost in transit are eligible for full or partial refund if a fully tracked shipping method was selected.
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within the same 30 days, as long as the buyer pays return shipping and the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent.
