Captive Audience Comics is happy to provide hold file services for those clients participating in our weekly auctions and claim sales carried out on our Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/CaptiveAudienceComics/
In order to take advantage of this free service to save on shipping and not overwhelm our holds area the following conditions apply.
- Books won from each auction or claim sale shall be paid within 48 hours of receiving your total. If you are participating in both the auction and the claim sale in the same week you can wait and pay for both once you receive your claim sale total.
- Shipping of your holds shall be paid for once you reach 50 books in your hold file or after 1 month of hold time if less than 50. Holds need to be shipped or picked up at least once a month. If you have less than 12 books after 1 month of no shipments we will let you wait until the 2nd month to ship.
- Shipping of hold files over 50 books is available for those purchasing large amounts of books in a single weeks sales. You can not hold books over a week when you are already over 50.
- Payment for books and shipping can be made by e-transfer, Cash for Local Pickup, PayPal, Credit Card or by using credit on file.
- If you have a hold file and would like to order from our site for combined shipping place your order on the site with Local Pickup and send us a note to add them to your hold file.
We understand there may be special circumstances from time to time that affect your ability to pay or ship on time. In thoses cases please reach out to us and we will do our best to accomodate.
Individuals with books on hold, paid or otherwise, that do not respond to us or bring their accounts into good standing after 3 months will have their hold files collapsed and forfeit ALL books, paid or not.
